Hi Derek,
I trust everthing is fine with you. I was thinking about something, there was a time in my life when I did not give a fuck. Basically my girl left me and I was angry because of all the time a money I put into the damm thing. I began to not give a fuck because of the hurt and betrayal I felt inside and I had no self-esteem. So I decided no more "love" shit. So with this mindset I told girls anything, I fucked with authority, I broke up peoples relationships, fucked mens wifes and girlfriends and had allot of fun. I did not care about anything and felt like I could do anything. I got anygirl I wanted played with them and then fuck with there best friends. Anything was possible. Can I do anything to bring back out that type of attitude in me again. In about 2 yrs I boiled down. I want back that old me. Can I use any mental stuff to bring back that personality to the surface. That me wants to come out again but it's like something is blocking it. Probably neuro-linguistic exercise,or some taylored mental exercise. Do you have anything for getting back your old cool self and for improving self-esteem?

What you need to do is practice getting back your old cool self and improving self-esteem. Get into a quiet place free from distraction and go into trance and vividly imagine yourself doing all the things you use to do - your old self. Step into your past, step into the person you use to be and relive everything that you use to do.
Once you are fully in the state of your old self, imagine how that person would act TODAY and imagine what you'll do today with your new attitude.
